We have limited availability, so we need a cancellation policy to ensure that all of our customers are treated fairly.
If you give us more than a week notice (7 or more days), your deposit will be refunded in full and you will not be billed.
If you give us more than 72 hours notice, but less than 7 days, your deposit will not be refunded, but we will not charge you for the full cost of the charter.
Trips cancelled within 72 hours of departure or ‘no shows’ will be charged in FULL.
In the case of severe or inclement weather, the Captain will decide either to postpone or cancel the trip. In the event the trip is cancelled, you may reschedule your trip or receive your deposit back in full.
